IBEx 2026 provides preferential delegate pricing for eligible ZDCC members, while also welcoming non-members, organizations and institutional delegations.
Every delegate may choose to pay a $25 registration fee now. The amount paid is credited toward the delegate's applicable full IBEx 2026 conference fee.
Your applicable delegate fee is determined by your ZDCC membership status.
Businesses, institutions, associations and other eligible organizations registering multiple delegates can receive additional savings on applicable full delegate fees.
The registration form automatically identifies the correct group rate based on your selected membership category and number of delegates.
Eligible organization/group registrations of 10–19 delegates receive a 5% reduction on the applicable full delegate fees.
Eligible organization/group registrations of 20 or more delegates receive a 10% reduction on the applicable full delegate fees.
To retain an applicable 5% or 10% group discount, the outstanding delegate balance must be fully paid on or before 1 October 2026. If payment remains incomplete after the deadline, the group discount expires and the outstanding amount will revert to the applicable standard delegate rate.
